IDEA is a federally mandated program that assures a free & appropriate
public education for children with diagnosed learning deficits.
Usually, children are placed in public schools, & the
school district pays for all necessary services.
 
These will include, as needed, services provided by the following:

         •  Occupational therapists
          •  Speech therapists
           •  School psychologists

            •  Social workers
             •  School nurses
              •  Aides.
